What is TAIWAN ONLINE ARRIVAL CARD?
The Taiwan Online Arrival Card (TOAC) for foreign visitors is an electronic platform introduced by the Taiwan (R.O.C.) government to streamline the immigration process for incoming travellers.
Foreign national must to submit online arrival card before arriving in Taiwan (ROC). They will provide personal details, travel information and contact details. The purpose is expediting the entry process of foreign travellers into Taiwan. A paper arrival card will not be needed during the inspection process.

Whether you can apply depends on your nationality as shown on your passport – all foreign nationals need to apply.
How much it costs
It costs 29.60 USD (inlc. service fee) to apply. Everyone travelling needs to get an TOAC, including babies and children. You can apply for other people.
