REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with our professional assistance services, you have the option to request a refund.
To request a refund, please fill out and submit the contact form available at helpdesk@taiwanonlinearrivalcard.com.
Please clearly state the reason for your refund request.
Once we receive your request, it will be evaluated within 3 hours. Our Customer Service Department will carefully review the reasons and circumstances provided to decide whether to approve or deny the request. We will keep you informed of the outcome.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving our email confirming successful payment for our professional services. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Important Points to Note:
• Eligibility for Full Refund: Customers who request a refund before their Taiwan Online Arrival Card (TOAC) for entry in R.O.C. Taiwan has been submitted are eligible for a full refund, minus a fee of $ 2 USD or any applicable bank fees.
• Non-Refundable Service Fee: Customers whose Taiwan Online Arrival Card (TOAC) for entry in R.O.C. Taiwan has been approved by the Taiwan government are not eligible for a refund of our service fee, except in cases where the Taiwan online arrival card was not delivered due to specific circumstances.
• Denied Applications: Customers whose Taiwan Online Arrival Card for entry in R.O.C. Taiwan application is denied by the Taiwan government are not eligible for a refund of our service fee.
• Force Majeure Situations: Customers with an approved Taiwan Online Arrival Card for entry in R.O.C. Taiwan who experience a force majeure event may apply for reimbursement. The amount refunded will be evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis.
If our Customer Service Department approves your refund request:
• The refund will be processed within 3 hours using the same payment method you used for our professional services.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
• Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.
